Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives report to the Resource Centre Supervisor. There are hours available, up to 15 per week, providing support at the Fergus site. An integral member of the Resource Centre team, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for superior customer service and general administrative support at a KidsAbility site. Contract Client Support Assistant

The primary duties of the Client Support Assistant (CSA) are scheduling clinical time and booking client appointments. Their work directly impacts client flow which is pivotal to the quality of our service. They also work with CSA’s from other sites to with service pressures related to scheduling and are called upon from time to time to assist with Reception as required.
