Privacy & Ethics

As an organization, KidsAbility™ is committed to maintaining a modern and comprehensive Code of Ethics to govern the workplace responsibilities of all members of the KidsAbility Family. This includes clients and their families, staff, volunteers, managers and Board Members.

Healthcare organizations and service providers, like KidsAbility, have particular moral obligations in our roles of supporting the life goals of people in our communities. Systems, care paths, policies and procedures, processes, bylaws and legislation support us in doing the right thing on a daily basis. The Ethical Framework provides a common approach to enhance and guide decision-making and practice that applies to both clinical and organizational issues at KidsAbility.
