For more than twenty years, KidsAbility has been committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to assist children and adolescents with autism, along with their families, in achieving their most crucial goals.

We serve children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families and caregivers.

Assessment/Diagnosis

KidsAbility is one of the diagnostic hubs designated under the Ontario Autism Program. We provide Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments for children in Waterloo Region and County of Wellington.

OAP Core Clinical Services

OAP Core Clinical Services include applied behaviour analysis, occupational therapy, speech language pathology and mental health supports based on your child’s individual needs. These services can be purchased using your OAP funding (e.g., AccessOAP funding, childhood budgets, interim one-time funding, etc.), out-of-pocket or other sources including private insurance.

OAP Funded Programs

Services and support for families and caregivers to learn therapeutic strategies and skills to respond to the individual needs of their children. These services are funded directly by the Ontario Autism Program and available at no cost to the family.
