What you can expect during the Recruitment Process

To ensure a correct fit between your skills and interests and what KidsAbility has to offer we will contact those individuals whose skills and qualifications appear to match the role.
Interviews are as much for you as they are for us. Finding that perfect fit means more than just having the right skills and qualifications: it means finding a place that you can be proud to work at that matches your values and passions. On occasion there maybe more than one interview required.
We understand that in life the unexpected can happen. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to make your interview, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your meeting.

Offers of Employment.
All offers are contingent upon individuals satisfying all of the requirements of employment including a satisfactory Criminal Reference Check (CRC) with a Vulnerable Sector (if applicable), clear TB test, proof of CoVid 19 vaccination or satisfactory religious exemption and proof of professional designation prior to commencing employment. Please note that, depending on your local police services office, CRCs can take from 5-12 weeks to complete. Depending on the role there may be additional requirements.

KidsAbility does not accept resumes from recruitment agencies. Please do not forward resumes to our Human Resources department, to any KidsAbility employee, or to any other KidsAbility email address. KidsAbility will not pay any fees related to unsolicited resumes.
